Welcome to Cody Wallace Enterprises LLC DBA IRIDESCENT MEDICAL SPA. By accessing or using the website at https://iridescent.live/home (the “Site”) and/or booking any of our services (including but not limited to med-spa services, anti-aging services, chemical peels, injectables, body services, hair restoration, weight-loss programmes, memberships, financing) you (“you”, “Client”, “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or our services.

1. Use of the Site

You represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have obtained parental/guardian consent) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use of this Site by any third party.

All treatments and services provided by Iridescent Spa are subject to an initial consultation, medical evaluation (if applicable) and our final approval. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment for any user at our discretion.

You acknowledge that results of aesthetic, body, hair, weight-loss, injectable or other treatments vary between individuals; we do not guarantee specific outcomes. The information on the Site is for general information only, and is not medical advice. Always seek independent medical/professional advice if required.

3. Memberships & Financing

If you join a membership programme via our Site (for example discounted or recurring services), the terms of the membership (fees, renewal, cancellation, benefits) will be specified at the time of enrolment. You agree to pay the membership fees as they become due.

If you apply for financing (credit or payment-plan) via the Site, you authorize Iridescent Spa (and/or its financing partner) to conduct necessary credit checks and you agree to the terms of the financing plan. Default or late payment may result in termination or additional fees; you are responsible for reading all financing documentation carefully.

4. Payments, Fees & Refunds

All service fees, pricing, packages (including med-spa services, injectables, body/hair/weight-loss programmes) shown on the Site are subject to change without prior notice, unless otherwise stated in writing.

You consent to any recommended treatment with full knowledge of its risks and potential side-effects. While Iridescent Spa takes appropriate professional care, you acknowledge that no treatment is entirely without risk.

You agree to follow pre- and post- treatment instructions provided by Iridescent Spa. Failure to do so may reduce efficacy or increase risk of complications, and may release us from liability.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names and trade dress displayed on the Site or as part of our services are the property of Iridescent Spa (or its licensors). Nothing on the Site grants you any right or license to use any trademark, service mark, logo or trade name.

You agree not to use, reproduce or exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

1. Program Description:
By opting in to our SMS or Email services, users can expect to receive promotional
messages, important updates, and notifications related to investment opportunities,
property listings, and service-related updates.
2. How to Cancel:
You can cancel the SMS or Email service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the
shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS and
Email. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS or Email messages
